Application evaluation process

There is no fee for this application.

The Local Authority will consider amongst other factors whether the amount of money to be given to charity against the likely proceeds of the collection and any convictions of the organiser.

Will tacit consent apply?

Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period, which is 31 days from the date of receipt of a full application.
