Changes to Permitted Development- Town
and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England)
Order 2015.
The Government has published a new General Development Order
which came into force on 15th April 2015.
This confirms 'permitted development' (PD) rights for
householders, permitted changes of use and building
operations. Some of these changes are for a temporary

Notification for Prior Approval of a Proposed Larger Home
Extension
This template can be used by a householder to notify the local
planning authority of the intention to build a larger single-storey
rear extension as described on the Extensions common project page. Please read
the guidance note for help completing the notification.
